Exchange & Refund Policy
You can exchange or refund your Zudora purchase (in new condition and accompanied by original receipt proof of purchase) for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. An item may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. If the replacement is of greater value, then you must pay the difference, plus the applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lifetime Replacement Policy
If you find that your Zudora jewellery has a defect in workmanship, it can always be returned for replacement, with original proof-of-purchase receipt accompanying it. Returned items will be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer available, you may choose an item(s) of equal or greater value. If an item(s) of greater value is chosen then the price difference will be charged to you, the customer, and appropriate sales tax will be added. Shipping costs to send the item to Zudora are not refundable. This policy does not apply to normal wear and tear caused by and including scratches and damages due to force, chemicals, oxidation, perfumes, etc. Most of our jewellery is handcrafted, and as such slight irregularities is silver smithing, gemstone shape, design and colouring, and leather working are normal and are not defects. All returns are subject to inspection by our jewellers. If an item is found not to be defective, it will be returned.
